This health coaching program works on a weed, seed and feed theory of gut health. It helps you to weed out inflammatory foods so your body can focus it's effort on healing. We then seed the gut with good bacteria and work on feeding them the best fuel possible.
Our approach to antibiotic health coaching involves functional wellness. Rather than a disease-care model, we look at factors like your unique medical history, current and past life circumstances, experiences, lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions.
Each program includes fortnightly meetings tailored to meet your individual health goals.
